The GensoKishi The development team has announced significant updates to address ROND ore depletion and resulting gameplay limitations. Since its introduction, players have faced challenges due to the shortage of ROND ore, which has impacted their ability to fully enjoy the game.
The team realized the importance of allowing players to interact with the game at any time and decided to pause the update originally scheduled for January 16, 2025.
Proposed solutions for the distribution of ROND ore
In response to community feedback, the GensoKishi development team proposed three alternative solutions to improve ROND ore distribution:
- Separate judgments regarding failure and judgments regarding the ROND ore discharge: This proposal suggests determining the daily obtainable amount of ROND ore based on the rarity and upgrade level of equipped cosmetic items. Players will no longer be punished with penalties for failures, allowing for more adaptable gameplay.
- Spend unlimited points instead of ROND ore: Points will drop from monsters depending on the rarity and upgrade level of the equipped cosmetic items. These points will be counted daily and the ROND ore will be distributed proportionally. This approach provides greater flexibility, but may lead to income instability.
- Spend tickets for unlimited levels instead of ROND ore: Level tickets would drop from monsters, and each level would have predetermined rewards in the form of ROND ore. This method adds depth to the gameplay, but may result in different win rates depending on the level’s popularity.
Community feedback and future plans
The GensoKishi development team is actively seeking player feedback on these proposals via a dedicated feedback form. Additionally, they are considering transferring the daily budget of 500,000 ROND Ore set aside for export purposes to the ROND Ore budget to further address resource depletion.
