But to do this, you need to answer one question. After all, which characters on a 60+ player roster are considered the best? Here is a tier list with all of them Honkai: Star Railway characters, ranked from best to worst.
Honkai Star Railway Tier List
We decided to divide ours Honkai Star Railway tier list into S+ and C tiers, with S+ being home to all the characters capable of both breaking down any opposition and, in some cases, even the game itself. You can check out the full list below, as well as take a closer look at each level. Since most players do not make money, we have decided to include all 5-star picks at E0, while all 4-star picks are graded at E6.

S+ level signs, explained
Briefly discussed above, the S+ tier contains meta-defining play types that can carry you through almost any challenge, and in the case of both offensive and defensive support, will wake things up even in mid-tier compositions.
Of the characters in this tier, Feixiao and Acheron are by far the best DPS, while Ruan Mei steals the show as the best offensive support given her Breakthrough-focused kit and massive buffs. Finally, and to no one’s surprise, Aventurine’s protective potential and its buffs make it almost risky when the subject is given adequate support to maintain (or defend).
S-Tier characters, explained

At Tier S we have units that, while phenomenal on their own, cannot match the DMG or effectiveness of the above unless paired with favorable conditions or positioned teammates. When it comes to supports and healers specifically, the main factor here will be the weight of their buffs/debuffs or healing power.
The biggest example of this tier is Jing Yuan, who even if he was once one of the game’s BIS, can’t hope to match Acheron and Feixiao’s overall DPS without using S+ support like Sunday, Robin, or Ruan Mei.
A-Tier characters, explained

Tier A of our list includes characters that have a difficult time matching the above numbers, even when paired with the right team or situation. This can be attributed to a number of factors, such as similar picks debuting with better-tuned builds or the game’s changing emphasis on combat. For me, the biggest examples of this tier are Clara, who was completely nerfed by Yunli in her best role, and Kafka, who was hurt by DoT becoming less and less valuable in the overdue game.
B-level characters, explained

At Tier B we have characters that either lack the effect of the above or – especially in the case of DPS – require a lot if you want to awaken their full potential, which in most cases will require the apply of any of them or multiple S+ or S teammates, and also set 5-star Light Cones. Like Argenti and Herta, many of these types are also known to excel only in established game modes, while others, like Serval, can be seen as jacks of all trades but masters of none.
C-level characters, explained

Below is ours Honkai: Star Railway In the tier list we have all the characters that, even if viable in the early and mid-game, do not match the tasks or utility of any of the above, even if upgraded to the maximum.
The clearest examples of this can be seen in the Physical (or Destruction) Trailblazer and Yanking, who were driven by force into oblivion by almost all characters in their path or role. Arlan is another victim as he hasn’t been able to offer enough to justify his presence on the pitch since his debut.
