It’s a fresh year and we have another year Honkai Star Rail cooperation with KFC that we can sink our teeth into. Hoyoverse is no stranger to quick food teams and this time we see Feixiao and Jiaoqiu team up with the Colonel to bring some lovely freebies to your bucket meal. We know it will be a tasty treat if Jiaoqiu has anything to do with it.
We’ve already seen Genshin Impact dabble in quick food when it partnered with McDonald’s back in September, and this time we’re following a path that leads us to the delicious Double Ham Fried Chicken Honkai Star Rail’s most popular playable characters. HSR’s Feixiao and HSR’s Jiaoqiu have their plates full as you can get a Redpocket, Lasercard, and Laserbadge for each character during the crossover event.
What’s more, selected KFC chains have also prepared a delicious dinner with Jiaojiao sauce (hot tomato sauce) to spread on the chicken and two drinks of your choice to wash it all down: Great Victory Milk Latte or KFC-Glad Jiuzhen Juice. As with other Hoyoverse brands, you can enjoy KFC’s specially designed packaging that showcases both Feixiao and Jiaoqiu as you devour your meal.
Unfortunately, the crossover only seems to be happening in China, so those of us outside the region will have to watch from afar with our usual branded KFC buckets. Hopefully, when the Hoyoverse sees how much we all want to have fun, we might one day see Xiangling Genshina cause a storm on a global scale.
We don’t have much information about the collaboration yet, so we don’t know how long the promotion will last in Chinese KFC chains, but we’re sure you’ll be able to grab something for your taste buds and your Honkai Star Rail collection soon.
