Legendary immersive simulator creator Warren Spector took a first look at the next game he and OtherSide Entertainment are working on: Thick as Thieves.
Thick as Thieves is filled with addictive simulators, but it also gets a bit of multiplayer. The action takes place in a fantasy city and you seemingly accept orders to commit robberies and crimes, only to discover that you are actually in a race with rival criminals to do the same job.
Here’s a preview of the trailer:
“A stealth PvPvE multiplayer game set in a 1910s metropolis full of magic and intrigue. Hide, sneak and fight your way through the ranks as you match your cunning with rival thieves in an immersive, vivid world of stories and shadows.”
Announced earlier earlier this year, this is the first look at Thick as Thieves. This looks quite intriguing, and it will be fascinating to see how they manage to combine the traditionally solitary subgenre with a more competitive multiplayer mode.
Thick as Thieves is in development for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
