Warframe: 1999 is now available, but the update not only added modern content, but also changed the way some of the game’s older frames work, such as Trinity, which received some substantial buffs to its set. What’s more, you won’t even need to build her as a support character, and instead you can apply her to deal grave damage.
Beyond Trinity, be sure to check out the Nyx remake, find out how to get the latest frame and how to build it, but if you’re ready to crush Netracells completely solo, read on for our Trinity build.
The best version of the Trinity remake in Warframe right now
You can read patch notes for details on the Trinity remake, but suffice it to say that it has been buffed. Traditionally, Trinity excelled at supporting her team, but the premise of this version is to transform her into a weapons platform that can live forever and defeat all of her enemies.
With a mod that buffs her Blessing skill, she can generate up to a massive 350% Critical Hit Chance. her Link skill can destroy the armor of nearby enemies; and her Energy Vampire skill will allow you to apply any number of skills as often as you want. Subsuming Roar also pairs well with additional critical hit chance.
Also remember that the Energy Vampire and Trinity Blessing skills still support your team by providing them with energy and restoring shields/health, so this build is by no means selfish. Roar will also augment everyone’s damage output, making it a favorite build for every team.
Arcana: Molt Augmented and Arcane Avenger
Aura: Combat discipline
Exile: Power drift
Fashion: :
- Primed redirection
- Basic continuity
- Primed flow
- The Archons are stepping up
- Blind rage
- Abstinence Link
- The master’s blessing
- Vampire Leech
Of course, if you don’t have Primed mods, the normal variants will work, but not as well. Vampire Leech and Redirect Prime can also be swapped out if you prefer to play the health tank version of Trinity, but considering how often you’ll be using Energy Vampire, Vampire Leech works quite well.
The Combat Discipline can be swapped out if you’re not using Archon Intensify, but it’s a clever combination of mods that guarantees you a miniature portion of health damage that can be healed, giving you extra ability power. However, there are other ways to build strength, such as Umbral Intensification.
The best Archon shards for Trinity
Trinity lives and dies by Archon Shards, so you can run this build without them, but if you have them in your stash they can certainly make a difference. As always, Tauforged Shards are the best; although normal Shards will work fine, especially when you’re trying to avoid a specific breakpoint.
More ability power means more Link targets, so you can’t go wrong with Crimson Shards, but depending on how quickly you defeat enemies, you may not need many more Link targets to be busy at once. Therefore, this build primarily uses Shards to make playing Trinity more convenient.
- 2 Amber Archon Shards: + Parkour Speed
- 1 Amber Archon Shard: + Casting Speed
- 2 Crimson Archon Shards: + Ability Power
Parkour’s speed makes an otherwise slower frame feel nice and agile, and throwing speed makes using skills like Roar very responsive. Finally, as mentioned above, ability power makes Roar do more damage and Link more effective, so you can’t go wrong with Crimson Shards.
How to play the reworked Trinity in Warframe
The most critical thing you can do with Trinity is keep it Blessing busy skill, as The master’s blessing the mod will augment your critical hit chance whenever you heal. However, the Hero’s Blessing effect lasts longer than the Blessing, so it’s okay if the Blessing expires for a few seconds.
Otherwise just apply Energy Vampire how much energy and pop is needed To combine whenever you’re in combat and need to strip nearby enemies of their defenses. Blessing and Link also provide quite a significant portion of Trinity’s defense damage reduction and redirection.
We summarize Roar on Trinity’s first skill, Well of Lifein this version, and you can apply the Roar if you deem it necessary. You can keep it busy 24/7 or simply apply it when a particularly massive enemy appears. Naturally, the Roar damage buff will also apply to nearby teammates.
To this end, Energy Vampire will also provide energy to teammates, and Blessing will restore health/shields to nearby teammates. Overall, this build can augment team damage, keep teammates energized, and keep everyone alive while maintaining Trinity’s supporting role.
