How is the pre-Christmas period going? We are very busy Settlers first releaseas you probably guessed! We know you’re excited for First Settlers, but as we said in our RRSS, we’ll need a few days to announce a up-to-date release date; we intend to have everything ready next weekbut I want to be sure about the up-to-date date before announcing it.
The main reason for this current uncertainty is related to the latest stress tests which revealed some weaknesses in the server structure and we are optimizing it to minimize the effects of parallel exploit by multiple simultaneous users. The current minimum has not been reached at this time and we therefore do not want to provide a date until it is clear that the optimization will reach this level. We want to provide the best experience possible and avoid the server issues we had with previous versions such as First Explorers.
We will inform you about the up-to-date release date as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
