NFL Rivals announced the release of “Arctic eruption”, a winter-themed event that will take place from December 12 to January 9. This initiative introduces several new features, including exclusive collectibles, visual changes and a range of rewards.
The event will be attended by, among others: Snowman collectionswhich act as cards with the thaw date. When the time comes players will receive the Snow Day player, a card inspired by real games played in the snow. These players will have unique graphics and special effects in the game. It will be for starters three snowmen available, but more will be added in the following days, including December 24.

The event will also bring visual changes to the game. Users will experience complete redesign with a frozen stadium, an ice soccer ball, a snowy menu and a UI adapted to a winter theme. This visual transformation is intended to immerse players in an atmosphere reminiscent of winter.
NFL Rivals: Snow Day Players and Battle Pass
As for the players, A up-to-date category called Freeze Players was introduced, featuring players selected for their performances in frigid weather conditions. These players will be available in packs and as rewards during the event. Additionally, Snow Day players will be exclusive cards from Snowmen, presenting historical moments from playing in the snow. The inclusion of mythical players is also highlighted, with a special kicker making its debut midway through the event.
Participants will have the opportunity to go through subsequent stages Battle Pass offering 40 milestones with rewards such as coins, gems, exclusive players and themed profile photos. Packs, upgrades and Mythic players will also be available for purchase in the Snowflake currency store.
At last, The event will include three main competitions: Snowman. Start of the first weekend; Snow Day Chase eventtaking place in the third week; and Mythic Kicker Eventwhich will allow players to obtain a unique mythical kicker.
