“Blood Bulls” is an optional mystery puzzle where you can find Indiana Jones and the Great Circle while “The Mummy of the Stolen Cat”. It’s very basic to miss, but it can be found in Castel Sant’Angelo on the way to meet Antonio’s father.

How to start “Blood Bulls”
On your way to meet Father Antonio on the steps of the village you will have to pass through Castel Sant’Angelo fortress. After a bit of stealth, a lot of fascist hits, and a bit of climbing, you’ll complete the “reach the top of the castello” objective and start a fresh one, “reach the Passetto di Borgo.”
Soon you’ll find yourself in Angel’s Courtyard. After dealing with the patrolling Blackshirts, head to the first door on the right.
Inside, you will Russo’s note on the desk. He mentions “passage” next to the fireplace and adds The mystery of “Blood Bulls”. to your journal.
Solving the “Bulls of Blood” puzzle.
From where you picked up the note (facing away from the fireplace), head north and through the hall on the right side of the room.
Go straight through the next room – there’s nothing to find there – and you’ll come to a puzzle. Look at the desk on the right for clues.
You will find it Map of the Angel’s Court (spoiler: points exactly where you are standing) ia Red Bulls card (which is a clue to solving the riddle) along with some lira.
From this desk, look to the right to find the “Blood Bulls” puzzle. You need to interact with two bull paintings on the wall. The Red Bulls card shows two red bulls facing each other, so interact with each image and rotate them until the red bulls are on top.
Enter the secret passage to find it Letter from Cesare Borgia. Go up the stairs and press the switch on the wall to open the gate and earn money 100 adventure points.
In front of you is a chest with some more lire. On the left you’ll find another switch that opens another gate that will take you back to the main path.
