Obtaining Dominion Cloak of the Heritage King in Roblox is indispensable if you want to fully awaken the Control Fruit. Considering that most of the Fruit of Control’s best abilities only become available after its awakening, there’s no point in keeping it around if you don’t have the Cloak of Domination.

The King’s Legacy: How to Obtain the Mantle of Dominion
Catching the Cloak of Dominion requires patience, because like many things in King Legacy, you have a pretty low chance of getting it even if you find and defeat the enemy that drops it. The Cloak of Dominion comes from the Swordsman of the Abyss, a challenging boss that inhabits the Third Sea. To gain access to the Third Sea, you must defeat the Kraken Tentacles, and for this you need the Heart of the Sea.
Anyway, once you’re there, head to the Forgotten Colosseum. This is a level 4550+ region, so make sure you’re powerful enough to handle what it throws at you before you face the Abyssal Swordsman. Go to the center of the island and collect “Forgotten Coliseum Quest 2” from the NPC there. Turn left, jump onto the rocky platform, and you’ll find the Abyssal Sword waiting for you.
It’s all fine, except it has a frighteningly low Dominion Cloak drop rate. Plan to fight him multiple times before walking away with your prize.
Since you’ll likely need to revisit this island several times, consider making it your spawn point until you get the cloak.
What is the Dominion cloak for?
You need the Cloak of Dominion to complete the Awakening process for the Fruit of Control or Ope Ope No Mi. You also need a total of six Control Fruits, five for the ritual and one for consumption. You have a tiny chance of finding it at the fruit spawn, but it’s so random that it’s not worth wasting your time. A better way to obtain the Control Fruit is to trade it or buy it on the Black Market. Prices vary depending on the current update, although you can pay several million for one.
Once you have everything you need, speak to the Awakening Master to begin the process. When you’re done, keep your Dominion Cloak with you. Gives you a 20% damage bonus when using Control Fruit.
