The New World: Aeternum Turkulon event starts on November 20

New World: Aeternum players will soon be able to experience the return of an event that first appeared in the original New World, and that event is the Turkolon event. What is a Turkon event? Considering that November 28 is Thanksgiving and one of the key dishes is turkey, the event in Turkolona focuses on a giant turkey and its herd.

In the New World: Aeternum Turkolon event, players will be able to hunt a giant turkey and its army of smaller birds to obtain event-specific gear. Turkolon is a level 66 boss that will traverse Everfall, Brightwood, Mourningdale, and the Restless Shore. All rewards for killing Turkolon and his Turkish army are listed below. The development team has confirmed that you need to kill Turkolon a maximum of 16 times to get all of the Turkolon rewards.

Regular turkeys can be found scattered around the map. Players will likely spend more time skinning them than fighting them.

• Diamond Plaster (20% drop chance)

• Turkish Treasure (33% drop chance)
  • Limit: 3 per day

  • Limit: one per event
  • Provides additional loot (poultry, chicken thigh, chicken breast) when skinning turkeys, both during and after the event.

  • Absorbs immense amounts of damage from Turkulon attacks.

• Turkey Luck Potion (15% drop chance)
  • Limit: 5 per day
  • Increases the chance of receiving each drop of Turculone by 5% for 5 minutes.
  • After the event ends, this item will no longer be available.
