Details of the competition and prizes
The VoxEdit mini competition runs from November 4 to November 9, 2024, with entry open at 23:59 UTC. Participants are encouraged to draw inspiration from Tokyo’s iconic landmarks such as the Nezu Shrine, Imperial Palace, Tokyo Tower and Nakagin Capsule Tower. The competition aims to combine elderly and recent, reflecting Tokyo’s affluent architectural heritage.
The prizes in the competition are significant – in total, the best entries will receive 8,000 SAND tokens. The first place winner will receive 1,750 SAND, the second place winner will receive 1,500 SAND and the third place winner will receive 1,000 SAND.
Participants who take fourth to tenth places will receive 250 SAND each, and the first 100 valid participants who do not place in the top ten will receive 20 SAND each. Additionally, the top five entries may be eligible to receive catalysts to get their creations off the ground.
How to participate

To enter the contest, creators must operate The Sandbox’s free VoxEdit softwareavailable for both Windows and Mac. Entries must be original and made entirely by the participant.
Entries must be posted on Twitter in GIF format, mentioning @VoxEdit and @TheSandboxGame, and using the hashtag #VoxEditContest. Participants must also complete a Google form to finalize their entry.
