Gnomes first appeared in Fortnite all the way back to Chapter 2, and now they’re back in the Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix, complete with a selection of vintage weapons and vehicles, and visits from some music icons. There are 10 gnomes scattered around the island.

Gnome locations in Fortnite Remix
There are 10 hidden ones gnomes hidden around the remixed map from Fortnite Remix Chapter 2. Everyone will get you 20,000 XP for collecting it, which means there’s a total of 200,000 XP waiting to be found – which will aid you unlock Battle Pass skins faster this season. You can collect as many as you want (or as much as you can) in any match, but each gnome can only be collected once – period.
Fortnite Gnome Remix 1 – Rocky cliffs 1

In the seaside town of Craggy Cliff, head to the southwest corner. You’re looking for Big Shots Cafe on the ground floor of one of the white buildings. You will find this gnome behind the counter.

East of Craggy Cliffs, stick to the north shore of the island. You’re looking for a diminutive beach with a similarly diminutive pier. The next gnome is just east of the dock.

Just south of Steamy Stacks, look for a huge metal tower – Steamy Stacks power line transmission tower. You’ll find this gnome directly below it.

Head southeast from Frenzy Farm until you’re halfway to Dirty Docks. On the north (west) side of the river, look for a diminutive campsite find this gnome.

Follow the river southeast of The Doggpound and watch out for a lofty waterfall. You will find this gnome on cliff next to the waterfall, about halfway up.

In the heart of the Weeping Forest, look for a diminutive pond and a diminutive bridge along its southern side (near the playground). You’ll find another gnome standing on the bridge.

Look for a tree standing mostly alone to the east of Holly Hedges. You will find this gnome stands at its baseterrifyingly facing the trunk.

In the southeasternmost house in Holly Hedges you’ll find the next gnome on the right inside the front window standing too close to the TV.

Head up the mountain southwest of Misty Meadows. There are three cabins on the way up (before the huge cabin at the top). Head to the middle, mid-sized cabin. You will find this terrifying gnome in the basement next to the bathtub.

Southeast of Lazy Lake, go to the top of the mountain to find the weather station landmark. On the eastern side you will find this gnome (upside down) in the snow next to the solar panel.
There’s no telling whether these gnome locations will survive the changing season schedule – but either way, they’re worth grabbing for a welcome XP boost.
