Travelers, would you like to play cards whenever and wherever you want, without having to visit the Cat’s Tail? Well, with confirmation of a physical release TCG by Genshin ImpactYou’ll soon be able to fight without an Internet connection. We just can’t deny it.
The Genshin’s Genius Invokation collectible card game was released in Update 3.3 in 2023 as part of the Sumeru version update. The game features a wide range of card characters – with an increasing cast made available in most updates – along with plenty of item cards to boost your performance.
Hoyovers meets with Shining soulbrand responsible for the Identity V, Peppa Pig and Fate card games series, to create a physical version of Genius Invokation TCG. You can see the entire ad here on Weixinbut for now it is scheduled to appear “soon”.
There is currently no confirmation on how many cards will appear in the set’s debut and whether you will need to purchase expansion packs to receive characters that appeared in the card game after version 3.3. We only know that it will be pretty box with Keqing Genshin Impact.
The success of trading card games continues to prove itself – as we recently saw with the Pokémon TCG Pocket app – so this could pave the way for a dedicated app or website in the future as well. We hope for at least a worldwide TCG release. The current confirmation is for the Chinese market, so it may take some time for information to be released in future areas.
