Call of Duty Black Ops November 6 Update 1 fixes the embarrassing black screen glitch and other issues

Published:

Treyarch and Raven Software have released a tiny update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 that fixes a number of issues in the multiplayer and Zombies game modes.

Activision published information about corrections on its website today, providing a list of changes ahead of Season 1’s premiere later this month. This is the third patch to arrive since last weekend’s release, and it adds a slew of improvements and fixes for bugs vast and tiny. While the update mainly focuses on multiplayer and zombies, it also includes three general-purpose fixes, including the removal of an annoying black screen bug that interrupted players when trying to load a match.

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 update brings fixes for multiplayer and zombies.

Changes to Black Ops 6 multiplayer include removing Lowtown from the Infected map pool and adding the same mode to the list of available Private Match modes. Players will now find that the shotgun bullet also deals the appropriate amount of damage. Stability improvements have also been made to address issues with UAV Scorestreaks, Infected medals, and the Vigilance skill.

It’s typical for some players to take advantage of exploits on maps soon after their release, and it’s also typical for the Activision team to eliminate these exploits quickly. Today’s update is no different as it includes several fixed exploits in Zombies mode. Specifically, those using the round-based game mode will no longer be able to reactivate timed GobbleGums for additional employ. Additionally, the Tactical Raft can no longer be used to block zombie paths on Terminus.

Black Ops 6 was released last Friday and has already established itself as one of the most successful Call of Duty games of all time. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said the launch is as follows the biggest premiere in the history of the series earlier this week. Call of Duty CEO Matt Cox added: “Black Ops 6 is an incredible game and the response from the Call of Duty community has been incredible. This is just the beginning.”

With today’s release of the updated Nuketown map, players can dive deeper into it Black Ops 6 Season 1, which will premiere on November 14.
