What is ADSing in Call of Duty?

ADSing is a term used in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 when explaining the benefits tracker. However, this is a bit of jargon that is not described in any way in the game; here’s what it actually means.

What exactly is ADSing in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6?

In compact, ADSing means “aiming down” during a match. This could be an assault rifle with an impressive optics setup or a sniper like the SVD. This term appears when the game describes a skill tracker that allows you to see enemy footsteps and automatically ping enemies when they ADS.

How to improve your ads

There are several attachments you can add to your assault rifle to get faster ADS. For example Flip Mag increases aiming speed (ADS)Reload speed and Sprint to fire rate. Unfortunately, the Flip Mag also has a disadvantage, as it reduces firepower and magazine capacity. You can unlock Flip Mag at level 29 of the XM4 weapon, just for example. Fast Mag II also significantly improves aiming speed.

Other ways to improve ADS are equipment Quickdraw handle, Commando handle or ergonomic handle for the rear grip of the weapon. The aiming hipfire accuracy stat can also be increased by equipping the Strelok laser, but remember that the laser is apparent when you aim downwards. However, it may be helpful for the KSV submachine gun.

What reduces advertising?

Unfortunately, there are many attachments that can also reduce your ads. For example, the Extended Mag II provides significantly greater magazine capacity, but reduces accuracy, reload speed, and sprint-to-fire speed. Augmented Mag III also does this to your weapon’s ADS, but also slows down your Reload Speed, Sprint to Fire Speed, and Aiming Movement Speed.
