Golden Eggs are a smoothie ingredient. On their own, they regenerate two of Zelda’s hearts, but they’re definitely worth adding to the drink as they greatly enhance the effects of the other ingredients.

Using a Golden Egg will always result Golden smoothie. When mixed with the healing ingredient, the resulting cocktail will restore 20 hearts. When combined with an effect such as increased swimming speed, this effect will last for five minutes. However, it doesn’t look like Golden Eggs can be used to augment a sword warrior’s energy.

There are a certain number of them in the game, so we recommend using them carefully. If you make them into many different types of smoothies, you will be able to buy them from smoothie vendors later, even if you don’t have the eggs to make them. (Although they cost a frosty 300 rupees.) Golden Eggs are also sold for 150 rupees.

Later in this guide, we’ll show you how to get as many of them as possible.
