The Horror Game Awards are held live for the third year in a row. As announced on Wednesday, five fresh categories have been added, including best independent developer, best horror streamer and lifetime achievement award.
The Horror Game Awards 2024 are awarded in 16 categories
The Horror Game Awards will be broadcast live on December 14 at 20:00 GMT YouTube to assist us appreciate “the most terrifying gaming experiences of the last 12 months,” the press release says. However, no nominees have been announced yet, but we do know who some of the presenters will be. Horror Game Awards organizers have confirmed that Leon Kennedy’s current voice, Nick Apostolides, will be the presenter during the show. - Tomasz Grip – Co-founder and programmer at Frictional Games
- Scott Miller – Founder of Apogee Software, later 3D Realms
- Usagi Tanaka – artistic director for Silent Hill 3 and creator of the iconic character Robbie Rabbit
- Chris Pruett – Game Director at Meta
- Henry Hoare – Designer for Night at the gates of hell AND Blood launderingdirector of operations at the publisher DreadXP
- Stefan Kick – Director of Systemic shock (2024), Studio Head at Night Dive
- Leisha Riddel – Deputy artistic director for Dead in daylight
