Bundles Of Bravery Hardcore Mode Explained
Minecraft Bundles Of Bravery add a “Hardcore Mode” that is essentially lasting in the Bedrock editions. This means you will have one life for each seed. Death will result in a “GAME OVER!” a message asking you to go out and start a modern world and a completely modern spawn.
This mode was already available in Java editions, but now it will be available to all players. If you play Minecraft in the Microsoft Store on Windows 10 and 11, Xbox One, Xbox Series S or X, PlayStation 4 or 5, Nintendo Switch, Android, iOS or Windows Mobile, this applies to you.
This is great news for anyone looking to complete the challenge and add some pressure and fear to their gameplay. Or for players who don’t have time and prefer low gameplay periods.
How to enter hardcore mode in Minecraft
To access “Hard” mode in Minecraft, you need to go to the main Bedrock menu and select “Create a New World‘ then press ‘Hard‘. You’ll know you’re on the right track when you see a beating heart symbol in the world image on the left side of the screen.
Once loaded, you will be seeded in the usual Minecraft way, but with one life. If you die in any way, you will be rewarded with a game over and will have to start over. With this in mind, make sure you have a promising Bedrock seed that you can load into to make the game even more challenging or give yourself an advantage.
Packages
Serving as the second half of the update, Bundles Of Bravery will also introduce “bundles” to Minecraft. Packs are basically petite bags that can hold various stacks of items, freeing up space in your inventory.

There is no release date for Bundles Of Bravery yet
At the time of writing, yes no release date for Bundles of Bravery and other Minecraft add-ons. However, during Minecraft 2024 Live, it was vaguely promised that the update would be due within “the next few months” and stated that the goal for the future is to release smaller but more repeated updates instead of the regular, annual summer update that players are accustomed to.
