After some cheeky jokes on Twitter/X, Genshin Influence revealed more details about its McDonald’s collaboration event. Here’s everything we know about Genshin Impact The first collaboration in the swift food industry in the United States.
This Genshin Influence x The McDonald’s Collaboration Event is confined to participating locations in the United States from September 17 to September 29. That’s less than two weeks to get your hands on some tasty food and in-game merchandise.
Genshin Impact x McDonald’s Rewards
So what do you get from this event? There are two McDonald’s menu items related to the event: Genshin Influence Apple pie and Genshin Influence Deluxe McCrispy™ Meal. Apple Pie is available in a special packaging Genshin– a themed box with special artwork of Kazuha and Beidou. The Deluxe McCrispy™ Meal also includes a confined edition apple pie, as well as a crispy chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. Each item contains different rewards, delivered via a promo code.

How to participate in the event
This Genshin Influence x McDonald’s collaboration event only lasts from September 17–29, 2024. You must be in the United States near a participating McDonald’s location. If you (or a friend) can make it to a participating McDonald’s location during that time, here’s how to claim your rewards.
- Download the McDonald’s app. Make sure you’re registered for McDonald’s Rewards and have email notifications enabled.
- Open the McDonald’s app and click Genshin Influence x Banner for an event in collaboration with McDonald’s.
- Select the item(s) you are interested in. You can only receive one of each reward pack per order.
- Please check your email for your promotional code(s).
- Redeem your code(s) in-game or on Genshin Impact official website of the project. Rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox.
The fine print says you can only receive one promo code per apple pie or meal purchase. If you want multiple pieces of each reward pack, you’ll need to place multiple orders. The promo codes will work on all global servers, so if you live outside the United States, you can still claim your rewards if a friend grabs the code for you. Each reward pack can only be claimed once per Genshin Influence account, so you can’t accumulate Golden Apple Pastry products by purchasing apple pies in real life.
