I’m finally starting to see some decent bits in the title, which begs the question: Could the DLC get a GOTY award? In retro news, I’m enjoying the one day of the year when I can afford to gush over Burnout 3: Takedownnow 20-year-old king of arcade racing. For me, it was all about the events of Road Rage that made this confined street racer vehicle combat game where driving at a frantic pace gave you the NOS you needed to go even faster. Instead of punches, you’ll be pushing your enemies at the optimal angle required to completely blow them away like a Coke can, or just slam them off a viaduct/through a bus in glorious tardy motion. Truly, the most mindless remake offering out there.
