Yesterday, the Roblox Developer’s Conference allowed players to look into the future of the virtual gaming world, and today the company recognized the creators and games that contributed to its success by presenting the Roblox Innovation Awards 2024.
Splitting Point’s Gunfight Arena won the People’s Choice Award from fans, while the developer also won the Best Studio award, and the fashionable Dress To Impress was honored with the Builderman’s Award of Excellence.
Dress To Impress was launched in 2023 and has nearly 400,000 lively players who compete in fashion contests that make Project Runway look like the tweed section at Goodwill.
“We thank Roblox for this prestigious award,” said the Dress To Impress Group development team in a speech delivered on their avatar screen.
“We are truly honored to receive such overwhelming support and are incredibly proud of our team for what we have accomplished. Most of all, thank you to Roblox for providing the platform to realize our dreams.”
