What really divides Twin mirror unlike other adventure games, it involves the utilize of two dimensions – the real world and the “Mind Palace” of the main character Sam, to which players can go to solve the main puzzle of the game. If this multi-dimensional mechanics sounds a bit Life is Strange: Double Exposure-y, that’s because it is.

Route 96 it’s one of the most unique games I’ve ever played. This is not a typical adventure game in which the narrative is led by one main character. Instead, Route 96 You play as a group of teenagers trying to escape from an authoritarian regime.
In each section, you’ll learn more about these characters and their individual situations. You may succeed in escaping or fail and be arrested or killed. This is a game allows you fail – regardless, the narrative continues to the end, giving each player a unique ending. The entire package is wrapped in the unique mini-games they create Route 96 unlike any adventure game you’ve played before.
When it gets shadowy
2022 year When it gets shadowy is part adventure game and part interactive novel. Most of the time you’re watching the story unfold, interjecting to make narrative decisions at key moments. Detroit: Become Human
Straight from the brain of writer and director David Cage Detroit: Become Human. This adventure game, set in the distant future of 2038, focuses largely on the detective and mystery aspect, which will certainly appeal to people who have returned from the past. Life is Strange: Double Exposure.
You always make choices Detroit: Become Human. Some of them are diminutive and insignificant, while others decide the life or death of the three characters of the game. It’s an exhilarating sci-fi adventure that keeps you on the edge of your seat, even if its social commentary does seem a bit harsh at times. In terms of production value, it is unmatched on this list.
Night in the forest
Night in the forest is an intimate adventure that broadly examines the changing economic conditions in Rust Belt America and the effects of mental illness. It’s not the cheeriest theme in a video game, but it still makes for an engaging story.
Night in the forest rewards you for interacting with the world around you. Talk to some characters more often than others and you’ll see them appear more often later in the story. Ignore them and you will remain in the shadowy and give Night in the forest plenty of replayability for more playthroughs. If you just jumped out Life is Strange: Double Exposurethis experience will be an intriguing change of pace.

If you’re done Life is Strange: Double Exposurewhy not go back to where Max Caulfield’s adventure began in the original Life is strange? This is the perfect opportunity to go back and compare the differences between how DONTNOD and Deck Nine handled Max.
