BOSS FIGHTERS, which started its journey in 2021 as a petite indie game built on vision, passion and determination, has now grown into a project that continues to make its mark on the global scene. In 2024, we set an ambitious pace by rolling out updates every two weeks starting mid-year – a monumental achievement for our team. While we know everyone always wants more and faster, let’s celebrate some of the milestones we achieved this year:
- 24/7 game time unlocked: Our servers were running full time, creating non-stop battle opportunities.
- Exciting up-to-date content: This year we presented two completely up-to-date arenas along two seasonal favorites (Halloween and Christmas). Additionally, we’ve introduced up-to-date weapons and gadgets for both bosses and fighters, taking the gameplay to a whole up-to-date level!
- Economic launch: The most anticipated feature of the year, finally bringing our in-game economy to life.
- PC Boss Mode Unleashed: One of the most anticipated features of the year – play as Boss directly from your computer – is a reality in 2024!
- Stadium Release: One of the most crucial events of the year – Stadiums have officially launched, unlocking a whole up-to-date level of ownership and gameplay in the BOSS FIGHTERS economy!

- Dedicated servers: The core game mechanics have been overhauled, ensuring scalability and stability for future updates, paving the way for uninterrupted gameplay.
- New Arenas: We’ve introduced two brand up-to-date arenas and two seasonal maps (Halloween and Christmas), each offering unique graphics and gameplay mechanics. Work on the up-to-date map is in its final phase, and its premiere is planned for the first quarter of 2025.
- APK version: The .apk version launched successfully and continued to be further optimized for mobile platforms, ensuring improved performance and accessibility for gamers.
- Matchmaking and UI/UX Improvements: Work has begun on a up-to-date matchmaking system, as well as significant improvements to the VR and desktop interfaces, making the game more intuitive and immersive.
- Game stabilization: Over 100 bugs were fixed, technical debt was reduced, and the backend architecture was optimized to handle weighty server load.
- Launching the economic test: The game’s economic system was showcased, including crafting, dismantling, contracts and badges, setting the stage for a fully player-driven ecosystem.
- New weapons and modes: Gravity Gun, Antimatter Gun and Sudden Death modes added fresh dynamics and variety to the gameplay.
- Open Beta Version: BOSS FIGHTERS has been made continuously available thanks to numerous updates and improvements based on community feedback.
