Indiana Jones and the Great Circle it’s great fun. The fresh game from MachineGames and Bethesda puts you in the (I assume very muddy and sultry) shoes of the renowned adventurer and embarks on an electrifying fresh journey around the world. Along the way, you solve age-old puzzles and riddles and, of course, fight Nazis.

The Great Circle is very goodcombining stealth, action, puzzles and exploration into one Defamed-like an experience worth playing on Xbox or PC. However, there are some things the game doesn’t talk about and what lessons I learned from playing it. Here are some tips to assist you succeed in your latest Indy adventure.

Follow the main quest

You’ll unlock essential features, outfits, and more that will assist you explore gigantic maps more thoroughly. And don’t worry, you can go back to the maps and finish exploring after the credits roll.

Turn down the music and turn up the voices

Default audio mix The Great Circle is very music-heavy, and while I like the game’s soundtrack, I had trouble hearing Troy Baker’s Indy while playing. So I lowered the game’s music by about 10 points and raised the voice level by about 10.

Always eat!

Food is very essential in The Great Circle. Bread can give you extra health, allowing you to take more hits in combat. Meanwhile, fruit provides extra stamina, helping you land more punches or climb longer, so always eat plenty of them. The game will inform you when you reach the maximum level.

Also take plenty of food

Don’t just eat the food, grab it! Indy can always have some fruit and bread with him. Once you have reached the maximum amount you can eat, determine the maximum amount you can carry. This will assist you later.

Break that whip!

Your whip is not only useful for swinging and pulling things down, but it is also very useful in combat. You can whip enemies to stun them and even remove their weapons. If you are surprised by an enemy, whip him, steal the dropped weapon, and then hit him with it.

Also crack the whip to scare the dogs

You don’t have to kill dogs The Great Circle. Instead, just crack your whip near them and they will run away in fear.

When solving puzzles, carefully examine all items

There are plenty of puzzles to solve Great Circle, and I felt embarrassed a few times. In these cases, I found the answer, or at least a clue, by examining the notes and items associated with the puzzle a little more closely. Indy can explore these things and even turn them around. Do it!

I found notes, markings, and other clues on the backs of many items that helped me solve arduous puzzles.

Don’t go alone, always take your weapon with you

If possible, try to carry a gun with you. These are very useful as you can knock down enemies in one hit if you sneak up behind them, but you can also exploit them in fist fights to gain an advantage.

Sneak, don’t fight

While you may want to hit and shoot in the game, it’s better to be stealthy. Enemies are not super bright and have destitute peripheral vision.

Also, if you exploit a gun to knock someone down in one hit, no one will hear it, even if you do it with a really clamorous object like a guitar.

When you are spotted, run away for a while

Concealment is a huge part Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. Sometimes you make a mistake and everyone comes to kick your ass. Don’t fight them; instead, just run away and find a bush or room to hide in. Within a few moments, they will give up and you can return and continue your adventure.

Use brisk travel signs

While exploring the game’s gigantic maps is great fun, don’t be afraid to exploit brisk travel while hunting down those last few secrets or side quests. To exploit brisk travel, look for the signposts on the map (they are slightly shiny) and click where you want to go. Remember that you need to be in a location at least once to be able to brisk travel there.

Come with your journal out

Indy’s journal is very useful because when you open it in map mode, the game will place objective markers in the world. This will assist you get where you want to go.

Don’t forget to buy the upgrades you collect

The Great Circle allows you to find books that will assist improve Indy’s skills and stats. However, remember that just picking up and collecting the book is not enough. You still need to open your journal, go to upgrades, and exploit adventure points to purchase and unlock the upgrades you collect. It’s a little weird, but worth remembering.

Also exploit the camera to earn extra adventure points

You earn upgrade points by completing missions and tasks, but you also earn them by taking photos of essential people, places or events. Notice the camera icon in the upper left corner of the screen and pull it out as soon as it appears. Then look around for something unique to photograph and take a photo to earn points.
