10 skins we’d like to see in Marvel Rivals

Published:

Marvel Rivals allows players to equip their favorite heroes (and villains) with a enormous number of unlockable costumes, from comic book exclusives to a wide range of MCU-inspired skins. However, given the long history of each of the game’s cast members, we’d like to see a lot more of them. Here are 10 alternative skins we’d like to see Marvel Rivals.

Black Suit (Spider-Man)

While this character may be a hit in terms of gameplay, Spidey’s Marvel Rivals the game’s default and alternate costumes are seen by many as hit and miss, and its PlayStation exclusive Scarlet Spider is a godsend. Well, that’s where the classic black suit comes in, as its simplistic look is both a fan favorite and a great fit, so much so that Peter continued to wear it for some time after getting rid of the symbiote. As they say, black works no matter what.

Hit or miss for many, Steve Rogers The First Avenger The WWII Leather Suit may be one of my favorites among the heroes, as it combines the first version of his suit with both a series of standard clothing items and a still non-Vibrant version of his shield. I know the latter’s format won’t match some of his playing skills, but considering the way Marvel Rivals he already has a mismatched shield in his Galactic Claw skin, we can put that aside.

Immortal Iron Fist (Iron Fist)

Although short-lived, Immortal Iron Fist managed to both give fans one of the character’s most acclimated appearances and revamp his classic costume. Yes, I know Iron Fist was chosen to join Marvel Rivals the ranking is not Danny Reid, but Lin Lie (the current owner of the title), but I think we can all agree that it would be a sin not to include a variant of the classic costume in the game.

X-Force (Wolverine)

A hidden version of his signature look worn by Logan during his tenure as team leader, Wolverine X-Force The look trades its signature yellow and blue for a somber silver and black, which helped set the tone for the types of missions the group would be involved in. As someone who during my X-Men Origins: Wolverine After every game, all I can think about is how chilly it would be to hit the field with him.

Venonized gutter (enormous)

First seen in Guardians of the Galaxy (2013) #21, Venonized Goot was born after the symbiote and Flash Tompson were temporarily separated, and as you can see, he looks every bit as terrifying as some might imagine. Even if you’re bored with the seemingly endless selection of Venom skins currently available Marvel Rivalscan you really say you’re not at least a little curious about how chilly Groot and his abilities would look after being treated by the symbiote?

The Dirty Dozen (Star-Lord)

Even if Star-Lord’s default appearance could be considered one of them Marvel rivalit’s the best, there’s just something different about it The muddy dozen costume. Founded by the hero during Doom: Conquestthis suit gave Peter a more military look, which later became the basis for his signature Guardians of the Galaxy look. What’s more, the suit’s mask (or in this case, helmet) stays true to its purpose and helps give the hero a feeling that no one else has since managed to top.

Captain America (Winter Soldier)

Although Bucky Barnes was much less successful than Sam Wilson, who claimed the mantle after acquiring it in 2015, there was a miniature period of time after the events of the film when Bucky Barnes wielded Captain America’s shield. Civil war. In fact, I can think of very few skins that would fit the Winter Soldier quite like this one, as it would allow players to take one of the most unique versions of Cap and Bucky to the battlefield.

Joe Fixit(Hulk)

The nickname adopted by one of Bruce Banner’s first and most unique personalities during his time as a Las Vegas casino janitor, Joe Fixit, makes up for his lack of physical prowess compared to the Emerald Giant with his cunning nature. From the suit to the attitude, it’s no surprise that the Gray Hulk skin has become a must-have regardless of the game the hero appears in, from Marvel’s Avengers Down Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite.

X-Men: Hellbound (Magician)

Much like Spider-Man’s classic red, the New Mutants Magik’s black and yellow suit has become synonymous with the character because no matter how many interpretations it receives, it’s very arduous to mess up. As you might guess, my favorite one is featured in X-Men: Hell a miniseries that successfully modernizes the look while retaining its core. Combine this with how great interpretations of classic suits look Marvel Rivals and it’s effortless to see this suit becoming a hit with both longtime fans and those who fell in love with Darkchild from the moment they scored their first penta kill.

Black Panther by Christopher Priest (Black Panther)

It would be outrageous to say that Black Panther is coming onto the scene Marvel Rivals are not great, because even his standard suit can already be considered distinctive. However, despite minor changes from it, the costume used by T’Challa in Christopher Priest’s acclaimed Marvel Knights Black Panther Run deserves his place for one gigantic and highly impractical reason: his cape. Yes, I know this wasn’t the first version of the hero to wear it, but as someone who grew up in the delayed 90s and early 2000s, this is the suit that comes to mind when I think of the Panther King and come on Can you blame me?
