Destroyed lava intake from the Forge is a dungeon you’ll find on Gravesite Plain Ring of Fire‘S Shadow of Erdtree DLC. You’ll find it southeast of Ensis Castle and the front of Grace Castle.
Our Ring of Fire A ruined lava forge guide will guide you through the dungeon Shadow of Erdtree and will show you all the places full of grace, boss fights and crucial items.
Destroyed lava inlet location in the Forge in the Elden Ring DLC
Starting at the Caste Front Site of Grace just outside Castle Ensis, turn southeast. You’ll have to backtrack a bit, but there’s a path that leads through the Messmer Soldier’s (different) camp. Follow this flat area southeast into the dungeon.
Where to find the Ruined Forge Lava Intake dungeon
As you approach the Ruined Lava Spring in the Forge, you will pass Soldier Messmer’s camp. On the other side, you’ll pass two groups of Messmer Soldiers fighting Blood Devils.
Just southeast of the second group, the entrance is quite challenging to miss. Go down the slope to the center and hit the Destroyed lava intake site in the Forge of Grace.
Start at the Ruined Lava Inlet in the Forge of Mercy
Go down the stairs in front of you and turn right. Go down the ladder on the left (or just jump over it). You will provide a helpful note about faint points. Just after this note, turn left and you will have your first chance to operate this hint.
In the next room you’ll find a Golem with a glowing gem on its lower back. This tip simply means that you deal (much) more damage when attacking from behind. Take it out, then search the room (and its corpse) for some Smithing Stones and a gas stone.
Return outside and follow the path southwest, grabbing Smithing Stones along the way. Watch out for the locks along the ceiling. At the end of the path turn left.
When the room opens, there is a ladder at the other end of the ledge you are on. Take it down and hide under the ledge to find the Smithing Stones and Gas Stones stash.
On the other side of the room, run up the miniature stairs and turn right to find more Smithing Stones and Gas Stones, as well as The Greater Tycoon Cookbook (13).
Lower the lava pump
Before you go down the stairs, look southwest to find a slope you can climb. Follow it as far as you can and jump onto the ledge near the opposite wall. Turn right and go down the ladder.
Throw the lever you found on the next shelf. Go back to where you got the cookbook.
Go back down the stairs and turn right. Deal with the Golem and Slime and collect the other crafting materials you see as you pass through the room to the southwest.
At the other end, turn left through the broken wall. Eliminate the Golem and grab everything that isn’t nailed down.
Find the Anvil Hammer
Back outside, go to the correct door on the other side of the room. After the corridor, you will reach a platform with another Golem guarding a Smithscript dagger.
That lever you hit earlier lowered the pump (Archimedes screw if you’re a nerd) into the lava. Climb this pipe – if you miss the jump, there’s a ladder on the right – all the way to the top.
Get off on the right through the narrow door. Climb the stairs and examine the altar by the fireplace to pick up the Anvil Hammer. Once you catch it, a teleporter back to the entrance will appear. Or you can go down the pump pipe a little, jump down to the ledge on the right, and you’ll be right back at the place of grace.
