How to Create a Great Rogue Character
Rogues are the classic archers in Diablo 4. But they are much more than that. Instead of just throwing arrows, they also exploit stealth, traps, and knives. This makes them one of the Diablo 4the most versatile classes, and also gives them several different development paths:
- Momentum
- Fight
- Precision
- Sensitive
- Trap
Fight-specific builds have several options. They can exploit Passive momentum key to deal extra damage and gain additional effects when backstabbing enemies or attacking those affected by certain crowd control effects, such as Stunned Dazed or Frozen. Similarly, Melee Passive Key provides bonuses for using certain skills on nearby enemies.
For reception he builds, Precision is your best bet. Hitting an enemy with a critical hit with the Marksman skill drastically increases your critical hit chance over time.
And then there are the Rogues status is building. Passive key of the victim causes hits on vulnerable enemies to cause an explosion. Passive exposure key grants a petite chance for powerful buffs when the Rogue deals trap damage.
An vital thing to remember when creating your own Rogue character is that mobility and versatility are your friends. Key passives aren’t all-encompassing identities like some other classes. Instead, they’re huge bonuses that can fit a variety of playstyles. When creating a Rogue, think about which skills and specializations you want to exploit first, then choose your key passive when you get to the end.
