Team skills are thematically appropriate moves Marvel Rivalsallowing two or more heroes from the Marvel Universe to pair up and kick ass as a group. These unique effects can be extremely powerful and even turn the tide of battle if you know what you’re doing.
Season 1 added a novel Team-Up for Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman (along with a novel Battle Pass and skins), and NetEase Games will continue to add more Team-Ups as the roster grows.

How Team-Ups work in Marvel Rivals
At launch There are 16 Team-Up skills available Marvel Rivals match the game’s list of 35 heroes.
Since each team pairing is unique, they all work slightly differently from each other, but the general idea is that pairing certain heroes on the same team can provide spectacular benefits (you can see who your hero can team up with in the mid screen when selecting a character).
Some of these benefits are purely passive, such as Hela’s Ragnarok Rebirth ability, which allows her to resurrect Thor or Loki mid-fight if they are on her team. Others, like Rocket Raccoon’s Ammo Reload, add the vigorous ability of the primary hero (the person supplying the team) to secondary heroes (the heroes who benefit most from the party).
Most teams are uneven, which means that one hero may not benefit at all from having allies on the team on the battlefield. However, the other side can benefit greatly from the presence of its generator ally. For example, Lunar Force does nothing for Cloak & Dagger when Moon Knight is on their team. However, the presence of Cloak & Dagger allows Moon Knight to occasionally turn concealed, which is an extremely powerful effect.
Teams are not required to win, but they can be extremely powerful and are worth playing whenever the opportunity arises. It’s a good idea to learn a few different characters in your preferred role so you can swap and support an ally in Team-Up mode.
